Scotland’s Fierce Females Announces its Return

Fierce Females will be making its official return to the pro wrestling scene in Europe on October 8th. The promotion dropped the announcement recently, stating that their resurgence would be taking place at The Shed in Glasgow and will involve some familiar faces and some newer names along for the ride. Fierce Females was founded back in 2012 by Mikey Whiplash and were a subsidiary promotion for Insane Championship Wrestling to help promote their rapidly growing women’s division. However, the promotions ended their relationship sometime in 2014, with Fierce Females moving forward and hosting smaller shows in the region and uploading them to YouTube.

Jokey, Bea Priestley, Chakara and Glasgow’s own Isla Dawn and Sammie Jo (trained by Source Wrestling) will all be making their debuts on October 8th. The current reigning Internet Champion, Danni Hunter will also be on the show. Lana Austin, Shax, Jayla Dark, the former “Bete Noire” and Leah Owens are the other names announced for the return show. “Rumble In The Jungle 2” was Fierce Females last event back in April of 2016 and it featured Hunter retaining in her first title defense against Nikki Storm.
