More Possible Mae Young Classic Names

As we reported the other day names such as Toni Storm, Piper Niven, Alpha Female, and Ayesha Ray have touched down in Florida aheead of the WWE Mae Young Classic.

As we reported medical evaluations for talents begin this Monday July 9th for the upcoming tournament.

Wrestlers Lei’D Tapa, Barbi Hayden, Jessica James, and Miranda from Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling are all in Orlando in hopes of competing in the Mae Young Classic pending medical evaluations.

Former TNA Knockout Lei’D Tapa is a 34 year old Tongan independent wrestler who debuted for TNA Wrestling in 2013 taking part in the company’s Gut Check challenge, winning a contract with the company after wrestling Ivelisse Velez. In 2014 she left the company after having a short run as Gail Kim’s bodyguard. She received a WWE tryout back in February of this year.

Barbi Hayden, 26, a independent wrestler from Texas appeared at TNA One Night Only: Knockouts Knockdown 2016. At this even defeating Rebel to earn a spot in the Queen Of The Knockouts Gauntlet Battle Royal, facing Jade, Allysin Kay,Laura Dennis, Madison Rayne and Marti Belle and Rebel and Rosemary. Hayden is also the youngest NWA Women’s Champion in history. She received a WWE tryout back in 2014 as well as back in February of this year.

Jessica James, 33, based out of Texas is a 3 time ACW American Joshi Champion and winner of the 8th annual ACW Queen of Joshi tournament. James also has held the Inspire Pro Wrestling XX division championship for over 330 days. She had a WWE tryout back in September of 2016.

Miranda, 22, a Houston, Texas native has been wrestling in Booker T’s wrestling school and appearing on Reality Of Wrestling events over the last few years. She has had previous experience with WWE, working as a Rosebud when WWE has toured Texas in the past. She received a tryout with the company back in February.
