Holidead Wins RESISTANCE Pro Women’s Championship

A new women’s champion was crowned in RESISTANCE Pro Wrestling yesterday when Holidead defeated Rachael Ellering, Kylie Rae, and Japan’s Akane Fujita in a four-way match at RESISTANCE Pro Wrestling & Freelance Wrestling’s co-promoted Rumble in The Summit event in  Summit, Illinois.

The former champion Rachael Ellering, also known as Rachael Evers won the RESISTANCE Pro Women’s title back in May of last year when she defeated Amazing Maria in the finals of a tournament to crown a new champion after the champion at the time Mary Dobson who is known as Sarah Logan in WWE signed a developmental deal with WWE.

Ellering held the title for over 320 days.

Holidead won the title in her first match for the promotion.
