Angel Blue to Wrestle for Anarchy Title Opportunity

Long time Anarchy Championship Wrestling competitor, Angel Blue has a pretty big opportunity lined up for next Sunday’s show at The Mohawk. She will be facing three other opponents, Jason Silver, Sky de Lacrimosa and Barrett Brown in a four-way dance, with the winner going onto face J Cres for the Anarchy Heavyweight Championship later that night. Bravo is currently the ACW Unified Champion after winning the Heavyweight and the World Hardcore Titles back in January. The belts were unified some years ago by the promotion; Angel Blue is a former two-time American Joshi Champion, winning the title for the first time at “Guilty By Association 6” in 2012 via a three-way elimination match against Lillie Mae and then titleholder, Athena.

She is also a former ACW Televised Champion and a former ACW Tag Team Champion, a title she held alongside J Cres (Jojo Bravo), Chris Trew and Thomas Shire as “The Business.” She and Bravo lost the titles one-day short of a year’s long reign back in September of 2013 to Jack Jameson and Paul London. Blue’s second reign with the American Joshi Championship was ended during this year’s 9th-annual Queen of Queens Tournament when she dropped the title to Su Yung in the semi finals after successfully retaining against Thunder Rosa in the first round. If she wins the matchup, this won’t be Blue’s first time challenging for the Heavyweight belt, as she, Jessica James, Portia Perez, Athena and Christina Von Eerie unsuccessfully challenged Rachel Summerlyn(the first woman to win the belt) for the title at “Delusions Of Our Childish Days” in 2012 in a Six-Way Family Christmas Death Match.

Anarchy Championship Wrestling has also announced a first-time matchup with Allie Kat and Christi Jaynes taking on The Hooligans.
